HOKN Reservation Policy

Payment
A deposit equal to 40% of the total rent is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Travelers checks, cashier check and money orders are accepted as well as Visa and Mastercard.

Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival shall receive a refund of payments, minus a $100.00 Service Charge. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments. Additional guests must be approved by owner and a per-person surcharge may be added to the agreed upon rental rate.

Security Deposit
There is a $1,500 security deposit. The security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, less damage and loss caused by lessee, if applicable.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $550, paid by check or charge due 60 days prior to arrival.
